Pacific Crest Advisors (the "Company") maintains a structured approach to service engagements, wherein financial commitments associated with advisory consultations in sustainability, manufacturing, and green energy sectors are deemed irrevocable upon initiation, reflecting the bespoke and non-reversible allocation of specialized resources.

Scope of Financial Arrangements

In consideration of the customized nature of services rendered, users acknowledge that disbursements made through secure third-party processors, such as Stripe, constitute complete and binding satisfaction of obligations, with no provision for reversal, recoupment, or alternative remuneration absent extraordinary circumstances determined solely at the Company's discretion under applicable Malaysian contractual principles, including but not limited to the Contracts Act 1950. This framework ensures alignment between user expectations and the inherent unpredictability of startup ecosystems, where market volatilities preclude outcome assurances.

Limited Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves unilateral authority to consider ameliorative measures exclusively for demonstrably undelivered components attributable to systemic disruptions beyond user influence, excluding scenarios involving user-initiated modifications or cessations.
