Consulting includes advisory for startups, with sessions via website forms, email, or video. Services target Malaysian and Singaporean ventures but extend worldwide. No guarantees of outcomes; users acknowledge advisory nature carries risks in competitive startup ecosystems.
Fees for premium consultations process securely via Stripe or similar third-party gateways. Users authorize charges upon booking confirmation; all payments non-refundable except as stated. Pacific Crest Advisors bears no liability for third-party payment failures, currency conversions, or disputes—handle directly with providers like Stripe. Prices listed in MYR; international users cover bank fees.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information for consultations. Do not misuse site for spam, illegal activities, or IP infringement. Respect confidentiality of shared startup insights; we reciprocate for advisory discussions.
Intellectual Property & Limitations of Liability
All content, logos, and materials remain Pacific Crest Advisors' property. Users granted limited, non-transferable license for personal use; commercial reproduction prohibited without written consent.
Services provided "as is"; no warranties for uninterrupted access or error-free advice. Pacific Crest Advisors, including affiliates, disclaims liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or startup failures exceeding fees paid. Under Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 and Contracts Act 1950, total liability capped at consultation value.
Governed by Malaysian laws, including PDPA 2010 for data and PWD Act 2008 for access. Worldwide users waive home-country laws conflicting with these Terms. Severability applies if any provision invalid.
